- During this period, the shared Steam offline account should not have been accessed or used for any gaming activity.

- Refunds won’t be granted based on personal preference, change of mind, or if you no longer wish to use the shared Steam offline account.
- Refunds won’t be given if your system doesn’t meet the purchased game’s requirements.
Refund and Replacement Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Replacements will be provided with a new shared Steam offline account containing the correct games and content.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
Account Responsibility:
- After receiving the shared Steam offline account, it is your responsibility to maintain its security and confidentiality.
- Any loss or unauthorized access to the account after purchase won’t be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Please be aware that in most cases, refunds are not applicable, but you will receive a replacement account with the correct games and content.
Failure to comply with the refund and replacement policy or any terms of service may lead to the termination of your access to the shared Steam offline account without refund or replacement.
